EdenCare Family Clinic (“we”) is the responsible party for personal information submitted through this website, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We collect only what we need to reply to a visit enquiry: your name, phone number, optional email, the reason you selected, and any short note you type. We do not ask for identity numbers, diagnoses, test results, or HIV status on this site.

We use those details solely to call you back, or to email you if you gave an address. We keep enquiry messages for 90 days, then delete them, unless a longer period is required to handle a complaint.

Email delivery may be processed by our hosting and email operators (including Vercel and Resend) acting as operators under POPIA. They may not use your details for their own marketing.

This site uses privacy-friendly traffic measurement that does not require advertising cookies. If that tool is enabled, it counts visits without building a marketing profile.

Phone numbers published on this site are for patients who want to reach the clinic. Do not send clinical records to the public enquiry form.
